Sie sollten für Ihre Veranstaltung jeweils eine Einladungs-E-Mail mit dem Link auf die Umfrage erhalten haben. Wir möchten Sie bitten, an den Evaluationen teilzunehmen und den Lehrenden Feedback/konstruktive Kritik zu geben, damit wir die Lehre verbessern können.

Liebe Studierende im zweiten und dritten Studienjahr des Bachelor WI,

im dritten Studienjahr stehen Wahlpflichtmodule, d.h. zwei Vertiefungsmodule (VM) und ein Projektseminar (PS)  auf dem Plan (zur Teilnahme daran ist erforderlich, dass sämtliche Leistungen des 1. Studienjahres erfolgreich absolviert sind). Um das Lehrangebot an VM/PS  für das Sommersemester 2023 planen zu können und auch das grundsätzliche Interesse am Vertiefungsmodul BWL auszuloten, wollen wir in diesem Semester wieder auf eine Umfrage zurückgreifen.

Ein letztes Wort zum Übergang vom Bachelor in den Master: Eine vergleichbare Bedarfsumfrage/Bewerbungsphase wird es auch für den  Master "Information Systems" geben. Bachelor-Studierende, die im nächsten Semester in den Master wechseln, können wir jetzt noch nicht in die dort angebotenen Seminare und Projektseminare einteilen, eine Teilnahme an Bedarfs- und Bewerbungsphase im Master ist nicht möglich. Seminare und Projektseminare im Master liegen laut Studienverlaufsplan auch erst im 2. und höheren Mastersemester. Das Lehrangebot an Vorlesungen im ersten Mastersemester ist ausreichend hoch, so dass Sie Ihren Stundenplan im ersten Mastersemester auch  ohne Sem/PS füllen können.

Mein Weg ins Ausland (English below)

Am 27. Oktober um 18:00 Uhr findet im Schloss die Messe „Wege ins Ausland“ für Studierende der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät statt. Sie wird jährlich vom International Relations Center und dem International Student Service der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät ausgerichtet und bietet Informationen über Studien- und Praxisaufenthalte im Ausland.

Die Veranstaltung beginnt um 18:00 Uhr mit den Vorträgen über Auslandspraktikum und Auslandsstudium. Das Career Development Center, der Career Service der WWU, das International Relations Center und International Office geben die Informationen und Tipps zum Bewerbungsablauf, zur Prüfungsanerkennung sowie zu Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten.

Anschließend haben Besucher der Veranstaltung die Möglichkeit, sich mit Heimkehrern und Studierenden der Partnerhochschulen auszutauschen und Informationen aus erster Hand zu erhalten. Mitarbeiter des International Relations Center und des International Office stehen für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. 

In diesem LearnWeb-Kurs werden Präsentation und wichtige Informationen zur Vorbereitung für die Bewerbung fürs Auslandssemester geteilt:

On October 27 at 6:00 p.m. the fair "Ways Abroad" for students of the Faculty of Economic Sciences will take place in the castle. It is hosted annually by the International Relations Center and the International Student Service of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and offers information about study and internship abroad.

The event begins at 6:00 p.m. with presentations on internships and study abroad. The Career Development Center, WWU's Career Service, the International Relations Center and International Office will provide information and tips on the application process, exam recognition and financing options.

Afterwards, visitors to the event will have the opportunity to talk with home-study students and students from partner universities and receive first-hand information. Staff from the International Relations Center and the International Office will be available to answer questions.

Liebe Studierende,

die Aufgabe zum informatiCup 2023 wurde veröffentlicht.  In diesem Jahr geht es darum, Produktionsprozesse zu optimieren.  Details zum Wettbewerb gibt es unter [1].

Wie im Rahmen der Vorstellungen der Vertiefungsmodule erläutert [2], kann die Teilnahme an diesem Programmierwettbewerb als wissenschaftlich dokumentiertes Praktikum angerechnet werden. Teilnehmen können Sie als Team mit 2-3 Personen (nicht zu viert).

Ich schlage vor, dass sich alle Interessentinnen und Interessenten am 18.10. um 16:30 Uhr unverbindlich per Zoom [3] treffen.  Ziel des Treffens ist die Klärung organisatorischer Fragen und ggf. die Bildung von Teams.  Wenn Sie am Wettbewerb teilnehmen möchten, aber nicht am Online-Treffen, schreiben Sie mir doch bitte eine kurze E-Mail (mailto:jens.lechtenboerger@wi.uni-muenster.de), damit ich ungefähr weiß, wer im Wettbewerb dabei sein könnte.

Erste offizielle Frist ist der 30.11. mit der Anmeldung der Teams.  Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt haben Sie idealerweise bereits erste Ergebnisse erzielt.  Den gesamten Zeitplan können Sie [1] entnehmen (insbesondere sollten Sie im Mai 2023 Zeit für die Teilnahme an der Endrunde haben).
