Valerie Tan, M.Sc. commenced work at the Junior Professorship for Digital Transformation and Society as a research associate and doctoral candidate on May 1, 2022. A native of the United States, she previously studied Computer Science (B.S.) at Cornell University's College of Engineering and Media Informatics (M.Sc.) at RWTH Aachen University. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Communication, Information Processing and Ergonomics (FKIE).
