The Department of Information Systems is happy to welcome Heike Trautmann as professor for Information Systems and Statistics. Ms. Trautmann succeeds emeritus professor Ulrich Müller-Funk. She will also take over his courses and give the lecture “Data Analytics” during this summer semester. Heike Trautmann holds a PhD in statistics. After her studies in economic mathematics and statistics, she worked for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, amongst others. During the last years, Heike Trautmann was a Post-doctoral researcher at the Chair of Computational Statistics at the TU Dortmund.
