The KISS (Kilpisjärvi Information Systems Seminar) 2014 seminar, now also officially a part of ERCIS activities, will be held in Kilpisjärvi, Finland 23-29. March 2014.

The basic function  is to discuss research, mainly work of doctoral students at various phases, in detail in relaxed environment. The environment also very well supports all kind of networking.

KISS seminar is one of the oldest in Finland, and has been held since 1990s constantly.

The idea is also to bind the Lapland way of living and mythos to the study of information systems. Plenty of good food, skiing in splendid environment and going to sauna will be available.

The cost for 5 days accommodation in single room with full board and scientific and social activity will be around 800 euros.

Double room accommodation can cut down the price to around 600 euros.
