On 15th November 2024, Lea Püchel and Sebastian Reiners took part in a workshop on digital transformation and work, which was jointly organised and hosted by Joschka Hüllmann (University of Twente) and Laurent Wauters-Herlyn (Westfalen AG).

Together, they discussed the digital transformation of work with the help of impulses from science and business. One particular point in this discussion was Germany's largest experiment on the 4-day week by Prof Dr Julia Backmann (University of Münster, Chair for the Transformation of the World of Work). The two participants also had the opportunity to visit the filling plants.
