Today we had the pleasure to welcome our first guest speaker, Dr. Oliver Joeres from Hilti in our Businessprocessmanagement lecture.

Hilti is one of the leading suppliers of products for the construction industry and the professional end user in this field.

Dr. Oliver Joeres gave us exciting insights into Hilti’s experience driven process management and their process development in this area.
