Zoe further received the Hilti Group Most Innovative Master Thesis Award, for her work on “How companies strategically deal with continuous change”.

I am absolutely delighted that both, Zoe and Mara, will start a PhD in my team at the University of Münster and that we will continue our great cooperation across countries and sectors in the ERCIS network.
