The PIONEER students that spent their Summer Term in Münster were warmly welcomed in Tallinn, Estonia, where they will stay for the Winter Term. Jörg Becker, Head of the IS Department in Münster, Robert Krimmer, programme lead in Tallinn, as well as the Dean of the school.

The Erasmus Mundus Master of Science in Public Sector InnOvation and EGovERnance (PIONEER) is a 120 ECTS joint master programme organized by the KU Leuven, the University of Münster and Tallinn University of Technology, and co-financed by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme.
