The MEMO conference, initiated by the University of Münster and the Chair of Digital Innovation and the Public Sector (DIPS), addresses the demand for practical, methodologically sound modernization tools for optimizing municipal to national administrative structures and promotes the exchange between research and practice in order to increase efficiency, transparency and citizen orientation in public administration.

Project seminars at the DIPS Chair combine theoretical knowledge and practical application as students of business informatics work on real projects with a focus on sustainability and digital innovation in cooperation with industry partners, thereby developing both professional and social skills for their future careers.

Sustainability & Data play a central role in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and form the foundation for progress towards a more sustainable future; the first conference on Sustainability and Data provided a forum for experts to discuss the importance of data in sustainability and promote innovative solutions.

The Science to Start-up Convention (S2SC), initiated by the DIPS Group in cooperation with the REACH Euregio Start-up Center, aims to foster the exchange between scientists, students and entrepreneurs to transform scientific discoveries into innovative start-ups and offers panels, workshops and awards to recognize outstanding start-ups and scientific work. In addition to focusing on the latest trends in areas such as GovTech, LegalTech, sustainability and AI, the event also includes the presentation of the REACH EUREGIO Chair and the REACH THESIS AWARD to honor and support innovation and cross-border collaboration.
