Sandro Franzoi ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Wirtschaftsinformatik und Geschäftsprozessmanagement an der Universität Münster. Seine Forschung untersucht die kontinuierliche Veränderung von Geschäftsprozessen und organisationalen Routinen mithilfe von computergestützten Methoden wie Process Mining. Insbesondere untersucht er, wie große Mengen von Digital Trace Data und die damit verbundene Behavioral Visibility genutzt werden können, um Organisationen und ihre Geschäftsprozesse besser zu verstehen.
