Collaborative process-oriented service productivity management
Die Steigerung der Produktivität von Dienstleistungen ist eine zentrale Zielsetzung des Business Process Management (BPM). Mit Dienstleistungen werden in Deutschland bereits jetzt ca. 70 % der Bruttowertschöpfung generiert. Sie bergen darüber hinaus ein hohes gesamtwirtschaftliches Wachstumspotenzial, das sich durch eine Steigerung ihrer Produktivität in Zukunft noch besser ausgeschöpfen lässt. Damit Produktivitätspotenziale auch über die Unternehmensgrenzen einzelner Dienstleister hinaus gehoben werden können, sind neue BPM-Ansätze notwendig. Im Verbundprojekt KollaPro, bestehend aus Partnern aus Wissenschaft und Praxis, werden neue Methoden zum kollaborativen prozessorientierten Produktivitätsmanagement von Dienstleistungen entwickelt und in Form einer internetbasierten Softwarelösung (Toolkit) für die Praxis nutzbar gemacht.

E-Inclusion - digital integration by e-Government
The objective of the study "E-Inclusion - digital integration by E-Government" was to analyze the usage and design possibilities of E-Government services for a less-involved audience in Germany and to develop recommendations that can improve the participation of this groups. The study has been conducted on the authority of the Federal Ministry of the Interior of Germany.
