What are your responsibilities in your current job?

What do you do? 

I’m currently working as an “Agile Coach”. What does that mean? I help around 90 people to think and work using the “agile” method, rather than the “waterfall” method as they have been for the last 10 years. 

What do you do?

As a consultant, I work with our clients to plan their IT strategy and I support them in the implementation phase, for example by taking on the project management or business analysis. I am also responsible at BBHT for the HR Department and I make sure that each employee can forge their own individual career path.

What do you do?

Developing digital solutions for premium car manufacturers. Introducing and implementing innovations.

How did your studies prepare you for this work?

A fundamental knowledge of IT, business models and project management really helps you to gain a foothold in a job. However, in addition to studying, you also have to have a personal interest to further develop your core competencies.

How did your studies prepare you for your current job?

The deep technological understanding and structured problem solving skills I gathered during my studies help me in my current job. Especially the project seminar was a great way to experience and shape team work.

What would be your advice for our current students?

Try to participate in some extracurricular activities and keep a broad perspective. You will specialize early enough naturally.
