A combination of methods and theories of Information Systems and Communication Sciencesto collect and analyse data from public social networks (esp. Twitter). There is a special focus on the anylsis of effects that play a role in the assumption, networking and distribution of business related topics within and outside these networks. By interviewing enterprises, we examine if and how they currently evaluate social networks and if so, which consequences they derive from it.
