TOPIC: “BPM: A Retrospective of Surprises and Challenges”

During a number of BPM and process automation projects some experiences and observations were repeatedly made at viadee. In this presentation we collected those insights which we personally consider the most surprising from the perspective of an IS graduate at Münster University and the skill set we acquired there. These aspects are presented along the lines of the BPM Cycle and the presenters look forward to follow-up discussions.
