Using Gamification to Increase Motivation in IT Projects

The proposed thesis will examine how Gamification can be applied to IT Projects to drive motivation. Both areas will initially be scrutinized separately, having a look at Gamification elements as drivers of motivation, as well as methodologies and challenges in IT Projects regarding the importance of motivation. Afterwards, it will be discussed how both these areas can be connected in order to find an answer to the following research question: “How can Gamification elements be used to increase motivation in IT Projects?”
