The main objective of this thesis is to propose a trust ontology for supply chains. It is expected to bridge the gap between already existing ontologies in either trust or supply chain management and complement domain specific language characteristics if required. Moreover, an implementation of this ontology will provide a structured data format to enable data-driven decision support systems to utilize knowledge about trust in the supply chain in decision-making activities.
