Change is ubiquitous and infiltrates all aspects of our lives. We experience change in the workplace, in our homes, and in how we engage with people in society. Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Information technology are often linked with the fast pace of change.
This seminar tries to emphasize the critical importance of analyzing the interactions between individual, organizational, and societal factors throughout the process of innovation-triggered organizational change.
