vom Brocke J

Abstract

Interpersonal coordination is a vital factor for reference modelling. The Internet offers promising technological opportunities to support these coordination processes. With this article, an overview is given on what the Internet can do for reference modelling today. On this basis, potentials for further development are analysed in order to show what the Internet could do for reference modelling tomorrow. Therefore, perspectives for further research on the field of the so-called {\textquotedbl}internetbased reference modelling{\textquotedbl} are derived.
