Vorgehensmodell zur periodischen Aktualisierung von Enterprise Architectures mittels Capability-based Planning.
The objective of this thesis is to develop a procedure model extending the Enterprise Architecture Management, which provides guidance in the digital transformation for large-scale organizations. The pracitcal obstacles of large organizations are investiaged, which deal with the transformation of lagacy systems. With the need for a concrete guidance, it will investigate the limitations of theoretical approved appraoches, like the enterprise architecture framework TOGAF ADM. Capability-based theories are investiaged in how far they can contribute to deal with these problems and to conclude on the steps of the aimed procedure model. The model will be evaluated with the example of DB Cargo AG towards future implementation after this research.
