Doreen, Head of AI Strategy at Sparkassenverband Westfalen-Lippe, and Jean-Philippe Tonyigah, Head of S-KIPilot (AI Applications) at the Finanz Informatik, driving GenAI adoption across the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, offer insights into career turning points, experiences with inclusion and allyship, and how AI is transforming the industry.
