Zusammenfassung

The third volume of BPM Cases has been a great team effort. The 16 new cases, complement the 53 cases from volume 1 (vom Brocke & Mendling 2018) and volume 2 (vom Brocke, Mendling & Rosemann 2021), and bring the case collection to a total of 69 BPM cases from many well-known organisations across industries and around the world. We are very grateful fo the opportunity to compile such a rich account fo BPM experience from practice, and we hope, all readers will enjoy the cases and find them inspiring.
