Digital Learning Working Student (10-20 hours/week)

Your Role

In your role as a Digital Learning Working Student, you work directly with our learning strategy team to develop state-of-the-art digital curricula in different technological areas such as data science, innovation management, productivity tools or digital marketing. Based on your academic and professional background and interests, you will be assigned different projects. This includes (but is not limited to) the following tasks and projects:

  • Translation of business needs into human-centered learning curricula in state-of-the-art technological fields to help our users effectively learn new digital skills
  • Break down complex domains into their small components and model the relationships between individual skills in close collaboration with our experts
  • Continuously scout and evaluate content from the most relevant content providers to integrate it on our platform
  • Design effective and fun skill assessments to validate the learning outcomes of our users


Your Profile:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PhD-Program
  • Profound understanding of digital technologies
  • Experience with different online courses or alternative content providers (e-Learning)
  • Hands-on mentality with a positive attitude and a hunger to learn
  • Outstanding communication and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in a high-paced job environment
  • Fluency in English (as some of our clients only speak German, German skills are also a plus)
  • Availability for 10 – 20 hours on average per week (remote work is possible)
