Notice:	This course introduces students to the topic of Information Management. Tasks that have to be carried out in information management, such as information strategy planning, project management, and IT service management, are presented. Techniques that can be applied in these tasks are highlighted. The course comprises lectures and case study work. Students will be needed to prepare case studies for class discussion. The course will be held in English.
