Textsammlung "IT-und Computerrecht" (9. Auflage 2010 - 13,90 € - Beck-Texte im dtv ISBN 978-3-406-60566-6)
Dieses Buch sollte von jedem Studierenden zur 1. Veranstaltung am 05.11.2011 beschafft werden. Bitte keine Altauflagen kaufen. Da das Buch auch in den juristischen Fachbuchhandlungen nicht immer in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden ist, sollte eine entsprechende Bestellzeit eingeplant werden. Schon jetzt dazu der Klausurhinweis:
Es darf außer dem eigenen Namen nichts in das Buch hineingeschrieben werden (auch keine Verweise - nur Markierungen durch Textmarker sind erlaubt). Post-its zur besseren Auffindbarkeit von einzelnen Gesetzen oder Paragraphen sind gestattet.
Auf den Post-its dürfen nur Gesetze (z.B. "Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch" oder "BGB") oder Paragraphen (z.B. § 433) geschrieben werden.
