Ralf Plattfaut works as a research assistant at the European Research Center for
Information Systems, University of Muenster since 2009 where he is involved in the public
sector unit. He holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of
Muenster. Ralf's research areas are collaborative business process management, ICT and aging as
well as e-government.
